Vinification:
Skin maceration for about 1-2 days, fermentation in stainless steel at low temperatures (12 °C); followed by progressive filtration until sterile bottling.
Aging:
In bottles for a few months.

4-6 months from the harvest.
Notes:
Colour: faint golden colour.
Bouquet: characteristic moscato, floral and fruity aroma, intense.
Taste: sweet, but well balanced by the acidity, characteristic aftertaste.
Food pairings: dried pastry and sweets in general even those filled with custard and fruit, ice-creams.
