The Capanna winery produces about 80,000 to 100,000 bottles of wine each year, including all the DOCG and DOC from the area: Brunello di Montalcino DOCG (also in the ‘Selection’ and ‘Riserva’ versions), Rosso di Montalcino DOC, Moscadello di Montalcino DOC (also Late Harvest), Sant’Antimo DOC Rosso (Merlot and Sangiovese) and Sant’Antimo DOC Pinot Grigio. Three Tuscan IGT wines are also produced (SanGioBì, Rosina, and Rosso del Cerro), extra virgin olive oil, and grappa from Brunello and Moscadello.
